TOSB IS NOT AN ADVERTISEMENT FOR ANYTHING. TOSB IS A CONCEPT. THE MESSAGE IS THE MEDIUM.
The TOSB PROJECT is designed to uplift the collective consciousness with a simple, public image that when viewed, evokes a moment of introspective thought, peace and positive reflection that will feed positivity into the stream of the zeitgeist.
Upon inception of the TOSB concept, the challenge was to come up with an image that would harken a thought of beauty in EVERYONE who saw it. An impossible task; Everyone has a different idea of what beauty may be, and without universal participation, the attempt to execute the very goal of the project is nothing.
With careful consideration of every possibility, the only solution was to let the VIEWER determine an image, thought, feeling or idea of beauty for THEMSELVES.
It became clear that the only way to execute this project was with the simple suggestion to do so – simply ask everyone to “THINK OF SOMETHING BEAUTIFUL” – whatever that may be to YOU.
The goal of this project is to place the TOSB message publicly, in as many places possible, in order to enroll as many people in positive thought as possible. The hope for this project is that the viewer, upon seeing the TOSB image, will take a moment – no matter how fleeting – to formulate a feeling or an idea of a person, place or thing that stirs joy, happiness and BEAUTY within them, thereby sending that energy into the world and beyond.
